On AthX Engine, defensive line is not a participation trophy for being tall. It is a sack board with enough tackle and disruption scoring to keep interior players alive.
Edge rushers and interior linemen both live under DL. Sacks pay 23 points. Half-sacks pay 11.5. Tackles for loss, QB hits, and turnovers still count. If you are used to generic "IDP DEF" scoring, this card will feel more like rooting for pressure than for ankle tackles five yards downfield.

Garrett is the clear DL1. Hutchinson is the chase.
Myles Garrett at 584 in a Rams uniform is the board's loudest individual projection. Landing spot and rush role both matter on a sack-first card. Aidan Hutchinson at 496 is the young disruptor still climbing. Maxx Crosby stays elite even when Las Vegas's win total is not.
Houston stacking Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson Jr. at 4th and 5th is a problem for every right tackle they face and a gift for anyone who wants two Texans on the same defensive board.
Interior still lives here
This is not only edge. Jeffery Simmons, Chris Jones, DeForest Buckner, Quinnen Williams, and Jalen Carter all crack the top 35 because TFL, pressures, and pocket collapse still pay. They will not match a 15-sack edge without help, but they are not dead on AthX Engine the way they can be on tackle-only IDP cards.
Nick Bosa at 10th is health-priced honesty. When he is right, he is top five. The model will not invent a full healthy season if recent availability says otherwise.
Camp will still move mid-board names when teams shift to more nickel or more base. Edge snaps are the first thing to re-check in August, not the Wikipedia page of career sacks.
Projected FP is production, not price. IPO week is still September.
