Three bombs, still not enough
July 19, 2026 – Denver – Coors Field gave Hunter Goodman a career night. Cincinnati left with the W anyway.
Hunter Goodman went 3-for-4 with three home runs, three runs, and five RBIs. Hunter Greene struck out seven over six innings. Tyler Stephenson piled AthX Engine noise for the visitors. And the Cincinnati Reds beat the Colorado Rockies 9-6, per CBS Sports.
Saturday's 10-3 Rockies party flipped. Series split energy, opposite standings math.
Greene survives the altitude
Ryan Feltner (3-4) never found the soft landing. Cincinnati stacked nine runs on 10 hits. Goodman kept answering. Every time Colorado closed the gap, the Reds found another crooked number. Greene (2-1) allowed three earned over six and left with enough of a lead for the bullpen to finish at altitude.
Three-homer games usually own the headlines and the AthX Engine hitting board. This one did both. The win column still went to Cincinnati.
