AthX NHL Top 10: Boldy 19.80, Stone's Third Period, Eleven Finals

Eleven finals on Thursday. New Jersey scored four times in five minutes. Mark Stone scored three times in one period. Matt Boldy needed a 5-4 that still had 15 seconds of panic. AthX Engine (our projection and scoring system) scored every NHL box. We recapped the six highest team lines. Chicago also landed at 17.80. Brandon Hagel broke that tie, so Tampa Bay is in and Chicago is not. Alex Nedeljkovic's 13.40 in a San Jose shootout is the goalie gem just outside the cut. We did not invent a seventh recap.

Top team fantasy scores

AthX Engine team points pay a win, half-credit for an overtime loss, then goals for and against. A 7-1 pays like a blowout. A 5-4 still pays. A regulation loss that scores two can sit near the floor.

New Jersey owns the club night on 7-1. Vegas is 3.20 behind on 6-2. Buffalo and Minnesota split 19.00 on 5-4s. Chicago matches Tampa Bay at 17.80 and stays out of the recap pack. Nedeljkovic's Sharks sit at 16.60.

Top skaters

C, W, and D only. Goalies have their own table. Jack Eichel's 12.40 and Robert Thomas's 9.30 include the short-handed bonus from the landing. The skater row does not always fill that column. Nedeljkovic, Carter Hart, Nico Daws, and Noah Ostlund are not seeded on AthX player pages, so those names stay unlinked in the recaps.

Boldy's 19.80 is three goals, an assist, and eight shots in a 5-4. Tkachuk's 15.60 is a hat trick in overtime that missed the recap cut on team points. Marchenko's hat trick still lost. Luke Hughes is 11.00, just outside this ten, on the 26.40 club night.

Top goalies

Win, 0.4 per save, minus 1.2 per goal against, plus 2 for a shutout, plus 0.5 for an overtime loss. No shutouts on the slate. Nedeljkovic, Hart, Leevi Meriläinen, and Daws are unlinked.

Nedeljkovic's 32-save shootout win is the night's top goalie line, on a 16.60 team score that sat outside the recap six. Knight matches Hart at 11.80 in the Chicago game we did not recap. Meriläinen takes the overtime-loss half-point on 36 saves in Florida.

Featured games

Thursday had 11 finals. These six are the highest AthX Engine team scores, with Tampa Bay over Chicago on Hagel.

  • Devils 7, Rangers 1
  • Golden Knights 6, Flames 2
  • Sabres 5, Maple Leafs 4 (OT)
  • Wild 5, Blues 4
  • Mammoth 4, Oilers 2
  • Lightning 4, Kraken 3 (OT)
  • What stood out

    Three things.

First, the skater board belongs to a Wild winger who had zero points through four games and then posted 19.80. Boldy and Kaprizov both land here. Minnesota's 19.00 still ties Buffalo, not New Jersey.

Second, two hat tricks lost. Marchenko's 14.30 is a 5-4 overtime loss. Tkachuk's 15.60 is a 3-2 overtime win Florida did not recap because 16.60 sits eighth. Stone's 14.30 is the hat trick that actually sits on a 23.20 club line.

Third, the goalie table is a Sharks shootout we did not recap. Nedeljkovic's 13.40 beats every skater except Boldy and Tkachuk. Daws wins 7-1 and still shares 9.00 with Vasilevskiy.

Track the board on the marketplace. Fantasy points measure the box. Price is what traders will pay. They are not the same number.
