The Rays received infielder Gavin Lux (from the Reds) and minor league right-hander Chris Clark (from the Angels); the Reds received left-hander Brock Burke from the Angels.

Lowe's 2025 Season
Lowe, 27, had a difficult 2025 with the Rays—batting .220 with 11 home runs, 40 RBIs, and 18 stolen bases while dealing with multiple oblique injuries. When healthy, he has shown 20+ HR power and plus speed. Lux, coming off a .269 season with the Reds, is expected to take over at second base for Tampa Bay.
