October 18, 2026 - Cleveland - Third-and-5 from the Baltimore 48. Two minutes left. Tied. Deshaun Watson threw over the middle, and Jerry Jeudy ran through the hole for 33 yards. Three runs later Andre Szmyt hit from 37 as the clock hit zero, and the Cleveland Browns walked off 13-10.
The Baltimore Ravens had led 10-0 after two drives. They scored on none of the last nine. Lamar Jackson missed a second straight week with an ankle injury. Todd Monken, who spent the previous three seasons as Baltimore's offensive coordinator, got the division win anyway. Cleveland is 4-2 and 3-0 at home. Baltimore is 4-2. Pittsburgh is 4-2 too. The AFC North is a three-way tie after a 237-yard afternoon.
Watson finished 16 of 26 for 164 yards. No scores. No picks. Five sacks. Tyler Huntley went 19 of 31 for 165, one touchdown, and no interceptions. He ran five times for 28. Derrick Henry carried 17 times for 58, both season lows, the Ravens said, and lost the fumble that flipped the game.
10-0, then nine empty possessions
Huntley opened with 11 plays and 66 yards. Henry had five carries for 30 on that drive, the Browns wrote. Huntley rolled right and found rookie tight end Josh Cuevas in the back of the end zone from 2. First career score. 7-0, 8:11 of the first.
The next series was a 29-yard catch by Cuevas and a roughing-the-passer flag on Maliek Collins. Tyler Loop made 34. 10-0, 4:37 left in the first. Baltimore had reached the Cleveland 40 twice. In the rest of the first half, the clubs combined for 11 drives, the Ravens wrote, and those two were the only ones that got that far. The other nine ended in punts.
Cleveland's first two possessions gained 7 yards and one first down. The first half finished 46 yards and three first downs. Watson heard boos. Baltimore had three sacks and five quarterback hits before the break, the Browns said. The Ravens wrote they had as many sacks in the first half as Watson had completions (3). Corey Bojorquez pinned Baltimore at the 2 with a 43-yard punt. The Ravens still left the half up 10.
Szmyt finally put Cleveland on the board from 48 at 7:48 of the third. Ten plays, 42 yards. 10-3. That was the first time either offense had lived past midfield since Loop's kick.
Henry's fumble, Estime from 2
Loop had a chance to make it a two-score game. Isaiah McGuire sacked Huntley on first down. Jared Verse stuffed a third-down run. Loop pulled a 49-yarder wide left. The AP and the Ravens put that miss early in the fourth. The Browns wrap placed the sack-and-stuff sequence in the third. The miss itself is not in dispute: 49 yards, wide left, still 10-3.
Then Henry tried to churn for extra yards. Carson Schwesinger knocked the ball out. Tyson Campbell fell on it at the Baltimore 35. It was Henry's first lost fumble of the season. "The ball is oxygen," Schwesinger told the AP. He had been listed as questionable with an ankle.
Audric Estime did the rest. Cleveland signed him off Minnesota's practice squad this week with Quinshon Judkins out (ankle). Seven plays, 35 yards. The Ravens called a third-down pass-interference flag questionable. Estime scored from 2 at 8:33. ESPN's box has him at 9 carries for 19 yards and that touchdown. Szmyt kicked. 10-10.
Huntley had two more chances to take the lead. He did not pick up a first down on either, the AP wrote. Denzel Ward broke up a third-and-3 ball for Mark Andrews, the Browns said, and Baltimore punted.
Szmyt then missed from 48, a potential go-ahead kick that ended a 25-make streak dating to last season, the Ravens wrote. Cleveland still had the ball last.
Jeudy for 33, then 37 yards
Cleveland took over at its 20 with 1:59 left. Ten plays, 62 yards. Watson, who had more punts (five) than first downs (three) in the first half, converted the third-and-5 to Jeudy. Jeudy finished four catches for 69, all four targets, including that 33-yarder. After three runs, Szmyt lined up from 37.
The AP said Baltimore blocked the first try to win it and was flagged for offside. Szmyt kicked from 5 yards closer. The scoring summary has the make at 0:00. The Browns rushed the field. It was Cleveland's fourth late-game win of the season, and Szmyt's second walk-off, after the 56-yarder against Pittsburgh on Oct. 1.
Henry told the locker room to put it on him. Cleveland outgained Baltimore 237-235 once sack yardage is off the pass totals, matching the Ravens and ESPN's net passing lines (144 and 148). Cleveland ran 29 times for 93. Baltimore ran 23 for 87.
Cuevas caught four for 44 and the score. Zay Flowers had six for 66 on 11 targets. Ja'Kobi Lane, in his first action since a Week 1 wrist injury, caught four for 40. Andrews had one for 4 on three targets. Rashod Bateman left in the second with a shoulder and did not return. Grant Delpit exited in the first (concussion protocol). Linebacker Justin Jefferson hurt a hip.
Baltimore's front still won the first 30 minutes. Five sacks, a season high. Trey Hendrickson had one in his return from a finger procedure. Nnamdi Madubuike had half of another, his first in more than a year after a neck injury, the Ravens said. Calais Campbell, 40, had a sack. The club called him the third player since at least 1982 to do that at 40 or older, with Bruce Smith and Clay Matthews. Kyle Hamilton had three tackles for loss. Roquan Smith had a sack. It was not enough after Henry's fumble and Loop's miss.
AthX Engine on a 13-10 AFC North slog

Fantasy points measure the box. Price is what traders will pay for a Browns defense that held Baltimore to 10 after the first two drives, and for a Ravens offense that still has Jackson on the sideline. They move together. They are not the same number.
Track Henry, Schwesinger, Szmyt, Jackson, and both clubs on the marketplace. Cleveland visits Tennessee on Oct. 25. Cincinnati visits Baltimore that afternoon.
